2. OTT Subscriptions & Digital Products

We provide digital subscriptions, OTT access, and premium software credentials. By purchasing any subscription product:

You agree to use accounts strictly according to the plan specifications (single screen, personal profile, or shared pin where designated).
Modifying master credentials, email addresses, or payment settings on shared accounts without authorization is strictly prohibited and will immediately terminate the warranty.
Account delivery is typically processed automatically or within the specified delivery timeframe on the product page.

3. Social Media Marketing (SMM) Services

Ensure the target profile or link is public before placing an order. Private accounts cannot receive engagement or followers.
Do not submit multiple simultaneous orders for the same link until the active order is completed.
Estimated start times and speeds are indicative and may vary depending on network and third-party platform updates.

4. Wallet Deposits & Payments

All transactions processed via automated payment gateways (PipraPay, bKash, Nagad) or manual deposit methods must be authenticated. Users are responsible for providing valid transaction IDs and sender numbers. Wallet balances are non-transferable to other users.

5. Replacement Guarantee & Refund Policy

Once digital services or SMM orders have been dispatched and completed, refunds back to cash are not issued; balance adjustments may be made to your platform wallet if an order cannot be completed.
